Existing Patient Telehealth Admission Process

1) Schedule an appointment

Schedule your appointment through our Tebra HIPPA compliant EMR patient portal link: https://www.tebra.com/care/provider/veronika-voss-mtom-lac-1457549230.

Appointments may be scheduled in 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute intervals.

It is highly recommended to schedule a follow-up telehealth visits for 30 minutes to review your questions, treatment plan and goals.

2) Create or add into your patient profile within our secure HIPPA compliant Tebra EMR system.

You may upload any tests, images or new information in your patient portal 72 hours prior to our Telehealth visit.

You may also upload new test results you wish to review during our visit as well.

All communication must take place within our HIPPA compliant patient portal.

3) Please pay for your scheduled appointment.

We are a cash pay healthcare practitioner office. However, we do offer our patients superbills upon request through your patient portal. If you need a superbill, please message our office via your patient portal and input all your required insurance information to facilitate the process. Thank you!
