Veronika Voss

Veronika Voss, RN, BS, MTOM, Ph.D, LA.c has over 25 years of health care experience as a Women’s Healthcare Phytomedicine Practitioner encompassing her expertise and integration of Eastern, Western, Holistic and Functional Medicinal modalities such as diagnostics, facial diagnosis, labs, detoxification, herbal medicine, tonics, teas, elixirs, curated custom formulas, IV’s and injections based on European and Asian rejuvenation and longevity remedies, customized nutritional therapies, reiki, meditation and acupuncture. Healing is accomplished by resolving underlying psychosomatic anchors through the Five levels of Healing and the Feminine Seven-Year Aging Cycles.

Her journey and passion began as a childhood athlete after sustaining injuries, and experiencing life threatening allergies. The multiple experiences introduced her to herbal healing traditions from around the world that allowed her to sustain and overcome brutal sport injuries. Once mastering herbal remedies, she never required an ER visit for her allergies. She has studied, researched and combined the best of clinically proven medicinal healing herbals, formulas, teas, homeopathy, cell salts, and nutrition. She combines integrative healing modalities, ortho-biologics, and functional medical diagnostics that assist in determining the underlying root cause of dis-ease. These successful healing modalities have been passed on through many generations from the Native America’s ((1552); Europeans (800 BCE); and Asians (2000 BC); to masters, physicians, herbalists, healers and families throughout the centuries.

Clinical Research

Through years of clinical research, case studies and treatments in women’s health, she observed five main underlying notable causes to all dis-ease(s): pathogens, underlying psychosomatic anchors, poor nutritional choices, gut microbiome and hormonal imbalances. In 2025 she began helping female patients via Telehealth addressing their psychosomatic anchors, nutritional imbalances, gut microbiome, GI discomforts, menstrual pain, peri-menopause and menopausal discomforts.

Her work has always acknowledged the interconnection of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves. Notably the ego, that wounded, traumatized part of ourselves which loves the process of healing, but has no intention of ever being healed. Also known as the cause and effect of one’s emotional memory, Mind to Body; Psyche to Soma.

Through an integrated holistic approach, patients have been guided to resolve their underlying psychosomatic anchors to allow for self-awareness and clarity to stimulate an inner-healing, growth and transformation that is right for them now, experiencing freedom from dis-ease.

Nutritional Ph.D Dissertation: Cardiovascular Disease and the Cholesterol Myth of Statins in Women Health

Nutritional Clinical study: Clinically observed 250 female patients aged 49-70 years old for seven years; implementing a nutrient dense diet according to their ABO and Apo E genetic profiles; established a clinical study of three curated nutritional groups; 84 women consuming a Standard American diet, 83 women consuming a Mediterranean diet, and 83 women consuming a Plant-based diet aligned with their ABO blood type and Apo E genotype results; including incorporating the recommended percentages of healthy fats, proteins and carbohydrates aligned with their Apo E genotype eaten at each meal; and recommended a daily exercise program combining aerobic and anaerobic exercising percentages according to their Apo E genotype.

Cardiac Blood labs and patient follow-ups were monitored every four months for seven years; 35 women voluntarily dropped out of the clinical study by year six.

Clinical observations: Benefits noted from doing Cardiac genetic testing, the Familial Genetic Lab Diagnostics (FH) and the Cardiac IQ tests; Statins were required if FH panel tested positive, but herbal formulas were found more beneficial if FH panel tested negative; daily routine exercise based on Apo E genotype; and increasing the consumption of a Plant-based diet lessened the relative risk reduction by 15% in CVD incidences; an 8% reduction in CVD mortality; a 20% in lowered blood pressures and lower inflammatory markers noted; and most notably an increase in the daily consumption of a plant-based diet according to their genotype lowered overall female cardiovascular risk by 32%.

Clinical conclusions: Cholesterol Myth of Statins versus genotype diet and herbal formulas; initial genetic lab results; plant-based dense nutrient diet according to curated combination of ABO and Apo E genotypes; and daily exercise. Findings resulted in lower cholesterol levels when women in the study consumed nutrients in synch with their ABO and Apo E genotype profiles, and exercised according to their Apo E genotype profile resulting in not needing to consume Statins with their untoward side effects. The exceptions to this was testing positive for the FH genetic marker; having a cardiac genetic predisposition contributing to cardiovascular or heart conditions; or having A blood type whereby they must be routinely screened for cardiac, inflammatory and immune markers regardless of their FH test results.

Clinical results: Benefits noted from Familial Genetic Lab Diagnostics; Statins required if FH panel tested positive, but herbal formulas were more beneficial if FH panel tested negative; daily routine exercise; and increasing the consumption of a Plant-based diet lessened the relative risk reduction by 15% in CVD incidences; an 8% reduction in CVD mortality; lowered blood pressures; lower inflammatory markers; and an increase in the daily consumption of a plant-based diet lowered overall female cardiovascular risk by 32%.
